SUSAN PELLEGRINI

DIRECTOR / PRODUCER

Susan is the founder and owner of Synergy Productions and has led the company through a wide array of projects over the past 20 years. She is an award winning filmmaker and screenwriter. She holds Master’s degrees in Communications and Educational Leadership, is a certified Life Coach and a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.  Throughout her career she has upheld her commitment to effect positive change in the world by helming projects that have impacted individuals and whole communities.

THOMAS KUBACZ

CINEMATOGRAPHER / EDITOR

A graduate of NYU Film School, Tom has 20 years of experience as a director of photography and editor. On set he has a commanding knowledge of all aspects of production and experience with various cameras, including Synergy’s BlackMagic Ursa Mini 4.6. In post Tom has extensive knowledge of Adobe’s Post Production Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.) and strives to be on the cutting edge of editing tech and style. He is also a FAA sUAS certified drone pilot.
